Welcome to the SEAS program. Please be sure to read the SEAS program information on our website.

The website also provides information on documentation required. Please review this information before completing your SEAS application.

You will need your World Education Services (WES) reference number to complete the application form. Be sure to use the link on our website (Documents Required page) to apply for your WES report.

The first step in your SEAS application process is to create your account in the SEAS portal. When you click on the Start button, you will be prompted to begin the application fee (first installment fee) payment process and create your user profile.
